All our experiences are ticketless and so we would ask you bring along a copy of your order confirmation on the day/night – this can either be printed out or shown on your phone. This confirmation is sent out automatically upon payment if you book online and within 14 days if you book over the phone. Please see question below if you have not received your confirmation email.
When you book online your confirmation email is sent out immediately and automatically so if you do not receive it we would ask you first to check your junk folder as they can often end up in there. If you still can’t find it please email email@example.com with the subject – “missing confirmation” and tell us the following information:
-Email address used to book
– Order number (not essential but will appear on your worldpay email)
-Date and time booked for
We will then be able to see if there were any typo’s that would have caused an error. If there are not we will look to send your confirmation manually and that will more than likely solve the issue.
All parking is on-site, and there is no charge for parking.
We are in quite a rural location and are roughly 2 miles from the nearest villages. You can get a bus to the village of Balfron or to Killearn but due to a lack of pavements and distance we would highly recommend pre-arranging a taxi from that point.
During our light show we have shuttle buses that operate on certain nights and we hope to continue this and hopefully become more accessible by public transport but this is very much a new link between us and First Bus.
All of our Woodland Experiences are suitable for children.
Woodland Light Experience
We love children, and warmly welcome them to our event. The path is mainly level stone and gravel, therefore a robust pushchair suitable for countryside terrain would be advised for younger children.
To keep them safe, and to prevent little people getting lost in the woods, we ask that children remain in the company of an adult, and properly supervised at all times.
There are electrical cables for the lighting, moving tractors ferrying visitors and natural obstacles such as ditches. These have been carefully placed to be outwith the reach of the public behind roped-off areas. With safety in mind, we ask you to ensure that children are not allowed to stray from the paths, enter roped-off boundaries or wander into display areas to touch the lights or creatures they may spot
Santa’s Woodland Experience
This experience is for the child in everybody.
Our woodland opens at 10am until 4:30pm (last entry at 4pm), you can stay as long as you wish
